Delivery Policy

At PawView Store, we prioritize the efficient delivery of our products to ensure your satisfaction. Before shipping out, we meticulously inspect every detail of the product, verifying the inclusion of all related accessories. Our Quality Control (QC) department rigorously checks the functionality of the products you ordered before packing and dispatching them to you. This process complements the standard quality assurance checks conducted during the factory line production.

Delivery Range: PawView Store can ship to any location served by postal services worldwide, except for the following countries/regions: Albania, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo - Kinshasa, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Montenegro, Nicaragua, North Korea, North Macedonia, Serbia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen. Express shipping to P.O. Box addresses may not be possible, and military addresses are not supported.

D.D.U. (Delivered Duties Unpaid): All orders are shipped as "D.D.U." PawView cannot be held responsible for additional charges such as taxes, duties, or tariffs that may apply to international orders. Please contact your local customs office for more information. All prices on our site are quoted in US Dollars.

Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours before work begins on the production. Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted. If canceled before production starts, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Processing Time: PawView Store has warehouses in the US and East Asia. In-stock items are typically ready within 1-3 business days before shipment. If the nearest warehouse is out of stock, we may pick items from other locations, which may add a few more days to the processing time. After placing an order, you will receive a notification email with the estimated delivery time. For questions or rush requests, please contact us within 48 hours.

Shipping Time: Items are shipped within 3 business days, and the tracking number is uploaded as soon as possible. However, the delivery time depends on local delivery speed and customs clearance, factors beyond our control. International delivery usually takes 5 to 30 days via different shipping options. A notification will be sent to your registered email when your order is shipped, including a tracking number for online order tracking.

Shipping Options: PawView Store offers a range of shipping methods, including DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, EMS, and Standard Mail Post. Customers can choose the method that best suits their needs when placing an order.

Free Shipping: Selected products qualify for free shipping, and the shipping method is chosen by PawView Store.

Delivery Time: The total delivery time consists of Processing Time and Shipping Time.

  • Notes: Processing time is calculated from order verification, which may be delayed due to order verification, holidays, or stock shortages.

Delivery Fee: Freight varies based on product weight, delivery country, and chosen shipping method. Estimate the delivery fee at the cart page by adding items.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If additional information is required to process your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping to Specific Regions:

  • Military and P.O. Box addresses cannot be accepted by mail post.
