Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return an item. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with PawView products. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Return Period: We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. Within this period, you are eligible to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@pawview.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping the item back.

The customer is responsible for covering the return postage. Once the returned order is received, we will process the refund within 3 days of delivery.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt, and if you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue promptly and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have concerns about specific items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: For a swift exchange process, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
